My Allergies

Allergies: Foods and ingredients which I should avoid at all

  1. Dairy (all of it. Yes, even that. Yeah, I know there’s a pill. No, it doesn’t help.)
  2. Eggs
  3. Maize/Corn (That means I also shouldn’t have cornstarch, maize flour, maltodextrin, xanthan gum, citric acid, the wax on fruit skins, dextrose,
    pectin, white vinegar, etc.)
  4. Peanuts (moderately, but why tempt fate?)

Sensitivities: Foods and ingredients that will make me feel sick

  1. Malt
  2. Barley
  3. Soy (sometimes this reacts as an allergy, so I have as little as possible)
  4. Oats
  5. Watermelon (Sometimes the stars align, and a thing you hate is actually bad for you!)
  6. Brewer’s yeast
