Allergies: Foods and ingredients which I should avoid at all
- Dairy (all of it. Yes, even that. Yeah, I know there’s a pill. No, it doesn’t help.)
- Eggs
- Maize/Corn (That means I also shouldn’t have cornstarch, maize flour, maltodextrin, xanthan gum, citric acid, the wax on fruit skins, dextrose,
pectin, white vinegar, etc.) - Peanuts (moderately, but why tempt fate?)
Sensitivities: Foods and ingredients that will make me feel sick
- Malt
- Barley
- Soy (sometimes this reacts as an allergy, so I have as little as possible)
- Oats
- Watermelon (Sometimes the stars align, and a thing you hate is actually bad for you!)
- Brewer’s yeast
